I always talk about home remedies and how to get rid of different skin problems. Today I will be sharing about the crucial steps that leads you to get beautiful skin . Just like nutritious foods fuel your immune system, likewise it can fight infections , they support your skin defenses too. They give the power its need to fight against acne and all other skin problems caused by bacteria. I have done a little dos and donts to get clearer skin .
Foods that are Great for beautiful skin :
- Fatty Acids:
Wild salmon , cod , almonds and flax seeds. Fatty acids helps skin to retain water so its glows and they also soothe stressed out skin .
- Whole grain :
Brown rice , whole wheat , wild rice ,barley . The fiber is these grains flushes out toxins and helps to keep skin clear .
- Vitamin B6 :
Cauliflower , Sunflower seeds, avocado, walnuts . Unbalance hormones can lead to acne , foods with vitamin B 6 can help keep hormone levels in balance.
- Any fruits that you like :
Fruits have phytonutrients or antioxidants and vitamins which is absolutely beneficial for good skin health .
Foods that are Bad for skin :
- Caffeine:
Teas, coffees, colas, energy drinks . I know how much you love all this . But ladies when its the question of clear skin .... then ...????
Caffeine is dehydrating and skin needs water flush out acne accusing impurities as well as toxins .
- Sugars :
Can you say no to this balls of heaven ?
Candy , sodas , deserts, syrups . Studies and research shows that sugary foods promotes inflammations damaging skin cells and causing acne .
- Processed Foods :
Why this things are so damn good ? But ..hey ..!!! u want acne ?
Hot dogs , canned soup, instant noodles . There have unhealthy fats and carbs which also causes inflammation that damages skin cells causing acne .
- Greasy Foods :
Start hating this ....
Chips , fried foods , butter, fast foods . Trans fatty acid can boost the hormones that are responsible for acne .
