Here m once again with another great idea of using amazing veggie . As we all know carrots are full of abundant Vitamin A , antioxidants, minerals and have awesome health benefits. Carrots are extremely beneficial for skin with wonderful results . Here's I am helping you out as usual to know more and how can you use carrots for your needs.
Carrot and Honey mask :
Mix carrot pulp and honey in equal amount. Apply this mask evenly keeping it over skin for a good 20 mins. This mask is effective those who are in need of healthy glowing skin . Reapet using this mask twice or thrice a week.
Reduce blemish / scar / spots :
Fair clear skin is always in fashion . Healthy clear skin is a sign of good health and good diet. I suggest you to use carrots pulp over areas having bad scars . Slowing and nicely it removes the scar leaving a hint of glow.
Carrot juice as natural sunblock :
Carrots contain carotenoids and antioxidants , which protect and conditions the skin to increase immune system against the sun burn . Drinking carrot juice can act as natural sun block .
Moisturizing facial mask :
Carrots are well known for dry skin. Even can be use as moisture for your skin . Here's how . Mix pulp of carrots , Honey , olive oil in equal proportion . Apply this mask and leave it for 20 mins . Wash it off with lukewarm water .
Anti aging facial mask :
Carrots contributes skin cell renewal process. And also slow down skin aging . This mask is perfect for mature skin and also girls around 20s.
Mix boiled mashed carrots with boiled mashed potatoes and olive oil. The proportion is just according you want . I make this mask for my mom . So generally I take each ingredients in same ratios . Leave it for 30 mins and wash it off with lukewarm water .
