USES OF BAKING SODA FOR HAIR AND SKIN

I am really sorry for not posting regularly . I am so much busy with my exams nowadays . I promise that I will take time out for u guys , cause you all my queens, my best friends. I always talk about unusual things from kitchen for your skin care regime . Do u feel like casserole ? Then u have to share with me .

Baking Soda ... What can baking soda do for our skin ?
..... Good question ...

Baking soda can do wonder and can help u to save ur spa money and time .

Let's come to the point . Guys many people asked me " its harsh on skin or not " ... Let me clear the air. I use baking soda for twice a week for my hair and my skin . I do my blog post only if I get results . It doesn't damage skin or hair . Its safe to use. I am doing some guidelines for you below so that I could be easier for you all to follow.

For polished glowy skin :

Its right that we always want best  at least for our skin . So why don't you take my tips for trying out. Take two pinch of baking soda and a coin sized coconut oil or olive oil, extra virgin is better. Massage your skin with circular motion and rinse it off after 5 mins of massage. The skin will absorb the excess oil. I personally suggest to do this before bed time . My skin use to breakout every now and then but now almost never.

Facial hair remover :

Mix 1 sp of coffee,1/2 sp of baking soda, water . Make it into a paste and very gently exfoliate the area having hairs, like upper lips, cheek . Massage this mix against the hair growth with gently stroke. Leave this paste for 5-10 mins . Use this mask once in a week.

Blackheads :

No one likes to talk about blackheads. Its OK I have a tricks for you , Its a part of natural skin . Make a mix of honey , salt, baking soda in a ratio of 1: 1/2: 1 . Exfoliate the blackheads with this paste and leave it for next 5 mins . Wash it off with cold water.

A simple scrub :

Scrub your face with a simple mix of baking soda and water. The paste must be slightly thicker . Replace your regular face scrub with this scrub . It won't ditch you .

A volume shampoo:

Very simple sweety just mix baking soda with your regular shampoo and wash your hair  with that . This will give you a crazy volume for your hairs .
